Action against govt officer

Querist : Anonymous (Querist) 14 November 2011 This query is : Resolved
Sir,

We have staying in a Housing Society for a long time. We have had a problem of drainage system for which I came to know that a Completion certificate can't be given to Builder unless he has completed all the facilites, connections etc. by the local corporation office.

Since our Society's drainage work is incomplete and the builder has got completion certificate, can we take action against the Corporation's respective authority who has give the certificate as well as against the builders. If so what is the procedure for that?

Thanks,
Regards,
Amit

you can draw attention of muncipal corporation to in complete drainage system .if no action is taken issue legal notice to corporation
in addition you can move consumer forum for deficiency in service against builder.

Why the corporation refuse to give completion certificate, is any deviation in the construction. If yes then no in point to indicate finger to the department .
When you buy a flat , you people to follow the rules and regulation .
This is the problem between your residential flat owner and builder.
First you file a complaint against your builder.

Since here appears that the municipal Authority is guilt of malfeasance, you should file Writ of Mandamus to revoke the Completion Certificate.

File writ against municipal authority.
