Adhoc Appoinment_Whether claim is maintainable?

Please inform if any adhoc employee who had worked for more than 11 years in any organisation without any artificial breaks. Please inform whether his claim is maintainable?
I will be grateful if the members/experts will provide some case laws on it??

If the appointment was not made by following service rules or due procedure such employee is not entitled to claim as regular employee on the passage of sufficient time as in your case. No claim at all as held by Apex court of India in 2008.
