What do u mean by every affidavit shall be drawn up in the first person.(if the abovementioned line is written under the affidavit for any purpose).

no act prescribes these formats but since you are declaring something in the context of said petition or so, you must write down as heading the details of the said matter. also, high court, under the constitutional provisions , has been mandated to make rules for its functioning including sub ordinate courts and it is therefrom, HC issues draft format of such affidavits or like.
