Sir, As per right register i come to know that my grandfather had purchased 1/4 part of x acre of agriculture land from (A)in 1939 and the same entered in GFname in 1946 for 1/8 partand 1/8partof (A) name. The entries at right register 1943 shows that he sold 1/16 part +1/16 part to M & N farmer of land. Mr.A sold land to B in 1944.The name of B entered by deleting name A in 1946.The name of M & N entered in 1946 refering previous entry with 20 survey no ommiting 2 survey nos.the land uncultivated for years to gather after death of MY GF till 1968.After death of my father in 1995 other farmers made entry for that ommited numbers for their heirs which not appoved till date in right register from any Mamlatdar but name entered in 7/12. Can I apply for the entry my family members name?

all legal heirs of your father are entitled for the entry of their names in the register of woenrship as done by all other co-sharers.

You have not clarified as to whether your father was cultivating the land. It would have been fine if you had given the S.Nos.as to which s.no. is in whose name. Pl.get the consequetive entries of RR and also yearly copies of 7\12. If your father was cultivating the land and now if names of other cultivators are appearing in 7\l2, you have to prefer appeal before the Mamlatdar and also you may apply talati or Dy.Mamlatdar E-dhara Kendra for inserting names of heirs in RR.

as per bombay land revenue code prevailing in gujarat, you have to apply along with your supoorting documents to the mamalatdar in prescribed form and as such as per land revenue code sec.135-d notice will be served to concern parties if no objection is raised by any of the parties then your all the members who are legal heirs will be appeared in 7/12 extract, also possession should be with you is also important.
