Who are you to sale the property of your father-in law?

Only an owner can sale his property either personally or through his power of attorney.
What is your status?

If any owner wants to sell any ancestral property for the welfare/debt of the family and if all other members of his family members are minor then he has not to ask any oen and no NOC is required from them and if any of them is major then NOC is required.

Sir,

My father-in-low along with his 3 brothers have their Ancestor's property. My Father-in-law has 3 daughters (all married). To sale their Ancestor's property, he is asking me to give NOC as well as from my wife (his youngest daughter). In this case, am I supposed to give NOC? Is it really required?

Dear annoymus

all the childrens and grand children of your father in law's have the rights in subject property. you dont have any rights in that property and no need to give the noc from you but noc from your wife is required.
