ancestors property need approval from his children to sale.

We are 3 sons ..our father sell his ancestral property to my younger brother 7 days back & he applied for change of katha...myself & elder brother not signed in the reg paper...& my elder separated us from 20 year back ...can we prevent the sale deed with out making kath to my yung brother @ grama panchayath as per law

of course you can. just don't give no objection certificate. ancestral property cannot be sold without no objection from its sharik.

If the deed of sale is already registered.. challenge the deed taking an objection to the transaction and also send a notice to the revenue department.

Challenge the sale deed in court if executed or take stay against sale if sale deed not registered yet.

Merely the property inherited from your grandfather by your father may not be termed it as ancestral property, so you may explain that how this property has been defined as ancestral.
