annual increment

I am working as assistant and joined in august 2010. First increment was granted in July 2011 but further increment has been withheld as I did not qualify ssc typing test. Now when my increments will be released.

The answer is obvious - when you pass the typing test!

Answer is simple and straight, as is hidden in your own question. Increment can be granted only after you qualify the ssc typing test.
