Querist : Anonymous (Querist) 19 October 2011 This query is : Resolved
this is new post regarding AB
when co accused r on regular bail why can not i be let off.what is my status now vis n vis co accused.am i accused?

well other co accused have made application for regular bail whereas you have not done so . if you had applied for regular bail court would after considering various factors may have released you on bail .

without applying you wont get bail

If you are also a co accused then apply for bail. Til, the trial is complete there is no way you could prove your innocence.
