Any site to check the last order for a civil case, without knowing the judgement date?

(Querist) 20 July 2016 This query is : Resolved
Hello Experts,

I'm trying to find the last order for a certain case which is listed as "CIVIL SUIT FOR DJ & ADJ 07 Of 2016" in the Saket court. The status on the official website- http://courtnic.nic.in/ddc_saket/content.asp is outdated since it shows the next hearing is on April 28,2016. I know the party name and the judge name but I'm not able to see the last order done in this case, since I don't the date of last hearing (since the status page is not up to date).

How can I find the last order? Please help

Thank you Dr G Balakrishnan. I already did but haven't received any reply unfortunately.

The lawyers are able to do this readily so wanted to know if there is some other option by which this can be done.

Contact personally the reader of the court to find the ways and means to access the order in the case.

if you are party to the suit, file an application for certified copy of ' last order sheet' of the case. you can apply for complete order sheet also.

You post it the the court with some tickets almost Rs 2 per page and envelope. you will get copies at your home.

Thanks
