Where does first regular appleal lie agaisnt an order(not judgment) passes by a single judge of delhi high court??

please give provisions if you can??

and refer to - University of delhi vs Mohd Said 1972 case law

This case basically says that orders having power pf decrees are appealable, otherwise not.

In my case the order does not contains the force of a decree.
