Thank you for the very prompt responses. However a few queries remain, viz.
I have a property case going on in Ranchi, Jharkhand. I have decided to appear in person and argue my case myself without any lawyer.
1. Who should I report about the sub juge refusing to hear me and what is the exact procedure laid down? JC or High Court?
2. Can I do anything to prevent him from passing an order without hearing me? How can I ensure that he does not do so till my complaint as stated above is disposed off?
Please help as I find the lawyers here most uninformed and in fact misleading!

Please see my reply to your other post.
Your grouse is highly misplaced.
Your proposal to make a complaint is highly premature.

Thank you Anirudh!
The SubJ is refusing to hear me if I do not engage another lawyer. He insists very violently, if I may say, that I must have a lawyer otherwise he will not listen to me. my fear is that he may unilaterally pass an order which in effect would be ex parte n I would get stuck fighting another prolonged
