Appoint of New committee Members-U

Dear

From our managing committe secretary and one member resigns,
Total - memebr 68
Present Total Committee strength - 7

so we called committe meeting and appointed new secretary and addeded also 3 new members (7-2+4=9)
so total gone to 9
So please let us knwo can committe has right to do the appointment of committe member including secretary?

Managing Committee Members are elected at Annual General Body Meeting. If secretary is an employee, he shall be appointed as per the bye-laws. If not, secretary may be elected among the committee members. It is not an appointment but election. The numbers you are showing all depends upon the provisions of bye-law.
