Is it mandatory to attend each and every date of 125 crpc and 498a?
How to take exemptions from personnel apperance and under which sections in 125 crpc and 498a?

If there are several accused exemption can be sought for one or more for all dates except charge framing date and judgement date.

In 125 cr p c, no warrant can be issued, if you do not appear.
Your Advocate must appear.


In 498A, cr case cannot proceeding absence of accused, so must apply exemption as and when absent.

There is no need for personal appearance in 125 case whereas your presence is required in 498 case but in emergency situations, application under section 205 of criminal procedure code can be got moved by your lawyer seeking exemption for a particular hearing.
