Attorney by complainant

Sir my uncle has to file two complaints u/s 138 of N.I Act but being old age has given me attorney to appear on his behalf in the court.Now can I file the copy of attorney with the complaint and original be shown to court or have to file the original as per law ?

You are not required to file the original POA now.
