Does the Cervical Cervical spondylosis/ cervical osteoarthritis, developed due to long working on the Billing Computer falls within occupational health hazard, for the purpose of suing the employer, where victim, employed as sales executive on the floor was made to work on Billing Counter for long hrs.

No I don't think this can be termed as occupational health hazard. The Cervical Cervical spondylosis/ cervical osteoarthritis developments because of long time sitting on computer system can be avoided by regular exercise prescribed by physiotherapist and yoga experts and if that can be prevented how it be termed as occupational health hazard.
