Bar membership in different jurisdiction of state without transferring the bar council registration

Respected Sir/s,

Since, the Section 30 of Advocate Act, 1961 comes effective from June, 2011 thereby Advocates can practices in all courts/forums/tribunals across the Country irrespective of their enrolment in any bar council without transferring license to their desired states.

An Advocate having registration in State Bar Council of Utter Pradesh and Now practicing in Delhi and want to take membership in Delhi District Court Bar membership viz Rohini Court Bar Association as well as Delhi High Court Bar Association without transferring their Bar Council Registration (License) from Utter Pradesh to Delhi.

You are requested to please provide/reply the following information:

1) Can an Advocate get bar Association membership without transferring license (Bar Council Registration) to their desired states, if no then please mention detail reason for the same.

2) How can an advocate get the membership in Delhi District Court Bar membership viz Rohini Court Bar Association as well as Delhi High Court Bar Association without transferring their Bar Council registration (license) from Utter Pradesh to Delhi?

3) Please provide the relevant provisions/ruling/sections, if any in order to get bar membership in Rohini Court Bar Association as well as Delhi High Court Bar Association without transferring my Bar Council registration (license) from Utter Pradesh to Delhi.
