Are doc, hospital reg cer, ledger necessary for medi claim ?

I provided insurance company all bills related to child delivery, but they are not approving my claim.
They are asking for Doctor, hospital reg certification, payment ledger, indoor case paper etc to process it. Please suggest.

Selling land which is mortgaged to bank

Hi,
I mortgaged my land with PNB bank via MODT legal things and took 25 lakhs loan and i am paying monthly interest regulary.
I want to sell my land to some other party who is willing to buy @90 lakhs at todays rate.
I dont have money to close the loan and get the documents.
How should I proceed with the sale.
1. Should i borrow initial money from the other party who is interested to by the land and close the loan and get my documents from bank and hand it over to the othre party?
or
2. should i transfer my loan to other party who will lose the loand and pay the remaining amount.

please feel free to suggestions.

Discrepancy in father's name

Sir,
My father's name in my matriculation, 12th and graduation certificate is DS P SHARMA and in my all govt documents like adhar, passport its full name DEOSHARAN PRASAD SHARMA. In my obc ncl certificate DEOSHARAN PRASAD SHARMA is there. will upsc reject my obc ncl certificate on this ground??? Is affidavit signed by first class judicial magistrate is enough confirming both are same person??

Miss spelled name in e stamp used for sale deed registration

Hi Experts,
A sale deed was registered with correct buyer name. The e stamp used for payment of the stamp duty was purchased by the seller. Seller name is correct in the e stamp. But in the buyer name ( second party) there is a typo error. One letter is missing example in stead of ....Vibh.. its mentioned as ....Vbh.. Sub register officer had verified and used the e stamp for the sale deed registration. But the e-stamp paper is still Not locked. Obviously he has missed to see the wrong spelling in the e stamp. My query is , given the registration is done and sub registration officer has used the e stamp for the same, does this spelling mistake in e stamp still poses any risk. Is this registration would be considered valid. If not what are the options to make it valid. Can a rectification deed be executed for a spelling error in e stamp used for sale deed registration. Please suggest. Thanks.

What do you say about school result-upgrade

How can we legalize our building document

We have our building which is constructed in kalwa (thane) under grampanchayat passing in 1992 .
Their are 18 flat out of which 6 flat have registration agreement and rest all have notary agreement,we don't have any legal documents of buildings expect ,tax receipt unauthorised (in which landowner and flat owner both name had been mention) electricity bill,sale agreement in which 6 are registration and 12 have notary agreement,so can we do society registration with this document and can we go for deemed conveyance,so in future if we want to redevelop the same building their should be no obstacle,plz guide also if any one do this process plz let me know,we will hire him....
