Do possession of 10g of ganja is crime in india?? Im a student. Is there filing of drug cases on students in india with ganja .why ganja is banned in india???.its very good .instead of it alchohol must ban in india...

Hi...i joined an institute called IITC (autonomous) whose full form is indian international trade centre..however after payment of the fee the on the receipt I received was from INTERNATIONAL INSTITUTE TRAINING CENTER (IITC). When searched online I cud not find any institute with such name. Is this some trick usedby such training center for tax invasion...i feel cheated..request you please reply asap.

Hi...i have taken an educational loan of 3.21lacs in 2006.till march 2014 i was paying emi.after that i stopped repayment because of my unemployment.my father is a teacher and his monthly salary is 10k .today bank has called and told that they have filed a suit in civil court.i am feeling helpless.what should i do now? What are the consequences ? Plz tell me.

I have completed my graduation using Sc caste certificate ( offline hand written ) made in jharkhand. I was trying to make the new online caste certificate, but officers refused to do so. They were asking khatiyaan,( I have no khatiyaan ). Before seeing only my father's caste certificate they have made it, but now they are not doing so. We are originally from bihar, my father took job in BCCL before the partition of jharkhand from bihar.My father is not educated so much, so he made my certificate from jharkhand only. I have heard that at the time of job there is a need of caste certificate in different format. From my village which is in bihar I have also made one.
So I am in confusion. Whether I should use the caste certificate made from bihar for applying government jobs, is there will be any problem in future using both the certificates or I should apply under general category.
