I AM LLB STUDENT , MY RELATIVE TOLD ME THAT HER DAUGHTER IS MARRIED WITH PAKISTANI IN SAUDI ARABAI, AND THERE WERE MARRIED IN SAUDI ARABAI, AND NOW THE GIRL IS PREGNANT AND KNOW IS IN INDIA, AND SHE WERE GOING TO BIRTH A BABY IN COUPLE OF DAYS,INIDIA THE QUESTION IS WEATHER THE BABY WIL GET INDIAN CITIZEN , WHICH INCLUDE HER FATHER NAME WHO IS PAKISTANI AND HER WIFE IS INDIANCITIZEN
PLSESE TELL ME THAT

WHEN INDIAN PASSPORT WANT TO MADE FOR BABY, THEN IN PASSORT FATHER NAME WIL BE INCUDE AS HER FATHER IS PAKISTANI, AND MOTHER IS INDIAN
PLSE TELL ME? WHAT ARE THE PROCETURE TO MAKE INDIAN PASSPORT FOR BABY

I have completed my graduation using Sc caste certificate ( offline hand written ) made in jharkhand. I was trying to make the new online caste certificate, but officers refused to do so. They were asking khatiyaan,( I have no khatiyaan ). Before seeing only my father's caste certificate they have made it, but now they are not doing so. We are originally from bihar, my father took job in BCCL before the partition of jharkhand from bihar.My father is not educated so much, so he made my certificate from jharkhand only. I have heard that at the time of job there is a need of caste certificate in different format. From my village which is in bihar I have also made one.
So I am in confusion. Whether I should use the caste certificate made from bihar for applying government jobs, is there will be any problem in future using both the certificates or I should apply under general category.

The deceased was husband and the Wife was accused and she was an owner cum driver in Maruthi alto car... She don't have a driving licence and she dashed against wall..... The car having full insurance... The husband was died... The coupe have minor daughter... She not traveled in the vehicle... The Minor daughter can get any compensation?

Is it necessary for me to change the name in all levels of Studies which i have passed eg 11th 12th etc for future.
If after clearing CA i want job its a necessary to me to change marksheets

Hello,as I hail from U.P my OBC certificate was made there.Now I am living in haryana from last two years with my father but my brother still resides in UP.My question is while filling my bank po application form,I quoted both of my addresses temp as well as permanent as haryana address while my OBC certificate is of UP.Will it create any problem?

about educational loan
Hi...i have taken an educational loan of 3.21lacs in 2006.till march 2014 i was paying emi.after that i stopped repayment because of my unemployment.my father is a teacher and his monthly salary is 10k .today bank has called and told that they have filed a suit in civil court.i am feeling helpless.what should i do now? What are the consequences ? Plz tell me.
