I have given my original ssc certificate in a institute to pursue a diploma in 3d animation. But due to some circumstances I'm now unable to pay my due fee. They took my memo for verification purposes. Now they're denying to give my memo back. Asking me to pay due amount. But they didn't tuaght me anything about 3d animation. Is there any process to be followed to get my memo. Please help me.

CAT Gave a positive judgement in favor of candidates on March 2018 to conduct interviews. later UPSC filed Review petition in June 2018 and it dismissed on November 2018. Now still UPSC is not following the order and not conducting interviews... what to do?

Actually sir I enrolled 2017 myself in ignou for m.com and I have cleared first year and now I am doing b.ed from choudhary Charan Singh university 2018-20
I want to confirm that whether I can give m.com 2019 paper of second year as well as b.ed paper of first year.and both degree will be valid???
It would be of great help for me if you answer this query.

I got selected in a public sector bank during the last year of my full-time post graduation degree course.I decided to join and accordingly, I could not attend the last year of the course ; however, I appeared for the semester exams during the last year by taking leave from work, and subsequently cleared my exams and received the marksheet for the complete course. I plan to appear for a government exam where the minimum qualification required is a post-graduate degree. Does my absence during the last year of course and simultaneously working in a public sector institution , render my degree invalid? Is it illegal to work in a public sector institution while at the same time appear for exams of a regular full-time post graduation course?
Any advice on the said issue is greatly appreciated.

orignally i belongs to lohar(NT) caste but at the time of taking admission in first standred my parents put my caste sutar(OBC) by mistake on record. and i came to know that when i passed 12th.after that i tried so much to correct it but i coulden't.i meet lot of people i went to tahsil office even i meet to high court advocate but no one could help me out so as such i completed all the education in open category.i never got any scholarship during education going on, but i dont mind it....but i want to change it sutar to lohar so that my upcoming generation should not face the problem.....as evidance both of my sister have lohar caste certificate and my father also have lohar leaving certificate......so plzzzz help me and guide me a proper way

Dear sir/madam,
I have applied for education loan of 5 lac for my daughter in 2013. I am the MOTHER and Every month an intrest of 999rs for the first installment gets deducted from my account . As of this year 2018 an EMI of 12000 started getting deducted.it is a joint account of my daughter and husband.I am registered as only the third party guarantee on the loan annexure. And since I am paying the EMI I want to claim the income tax benefit. Can I as a mother claim the income tax benefit?? I contacted the bank for an account statement but it only shows my husband and my daughter's name and since my daughter was a minor at the time of taking loan. It only shows that money gets deducted from my account to my husband account.( Can I use the EMI payment for income tax benefit?. If not y???)

What is the meaning of Right of Pre-Audience conferred by section 23 of Advocates Act.
Does it used to decide the order in which advocates will present their argument in a particular case.. or
does it gives a preference in case listing before a court i.e. cases of senior advocates will be heard first.
