About my distance post graduate degree.

Dear Sir, I completed my Post graduate from a state university(by distance education). Now recently I checked from UGC - Distant Education Bureau website and found that my Post graduate degree is not recognised by UGC. According to UGC , those students completed unrecognised courses can not claim any benefit. Now my question is that....1. Can I apply govt. job based on my Post graduate degree?
2. Will I have to add my post graduate degree in NCS portal?
3. is my Post graduate degree invalid?
**4. Can any one file case against me for suppression of fact If I do not use the Post graduate degree ?

Builder is not provided rent

I am a non member in a co-operative housing society. In May 2012 our society registered a Development Agreement with the builder. Then everyone handover te lock and key to the builder. And they all are getting the rent. In January 2013 I also signed in the development Agreement. But after one year builder stop paying me rent. But all other society members get more than 2 years of rent. Several time I approached to the builder for my rent. But he always tells me that I will pay you later when I got the IOD. But in May 2015 all the members shifted in the old flat. So I also shifted in my flat.
For my rent I am sent may letter to builders, society, deputy registrar and chief officer of mhada but nobody will reply to me.
Now society is terminating the Development Agreement and appointing a new builder.
So I want to know what is the legal remedy for pending rent? Where I can file my case? Whether a time limitations to file a case? And what is the possibility of winning the case?
I need the legal guidance.

Ex parte order in property suite favouring plaintiff.

In a Civil Suite of Property, the plaintiff was given an Ex parte judgement. Respondant seeks, reopening of the case with a condoned delay, and again was rejected in the subordinate Court.
Respondant seeks remedy by approaching the High Court of Judicature by CRP(NPD), and gets a remedy for reopening the Civil Suite in Original Suite petition.
This was on 3 conditions
1. Cost to High Court
2. Cost to the Original Plaintiff
3. Ordered to Number the appeal by Subordinate Court and Trial to be conducted on a Daily basis for 30days and the Outcome to be reported to the High Court with in 60 days from the date of Judgement.
The Respondant / Appellant, 1. 1. 1. Doesn't take initiative to Number the case in Subordinate Court
2. Doesn't pay costs both the High Court and Plaintiff/ Defandant.

Meanwhile the Plaintiff of the Original Suite Petition, Dies due to Old Age...

What are the Remedies Available for the Successors of the Plaintiff, Who was awarded the Ex Parte Order.....

Affidavit for admission and denial of documents

I have filed the Civil suit to recover the paltry amount through my Lawyer. Because of Financial constraints arise due to COVID, my lawyer discharged my case during the pendency of the case. I appeared on the last hearing date, where the Judge granted me the last opportunity to file the AFFIDAVIT FOR ADMISSION AND DENIAL OF DOCUMENTS before the next date of the hearing. Can any generous person from the group help me in providing the template or format of the AFFIDAVIT FOR THE ADMISSION AND DENIAL OF THE DOCUMENTS?.
I just need the format as I could not find it on the Internet
