does the maintability of a writ petition stands against a recognised unaided school regarding termination from job on the ground that my ex husband filed rti to that school & school answered & court ordered them to supply attendence register xerox.for that they show caused me & want to terminate me as they dont have any papers related to my personsl issue & are dragged in these. now plz enlight me .

according to consitutional law or by per law guidlines how many kind of torture define our law commission there is visual torture define where any action can be cause other physical or psycological pain ,please explain

Mr. A born at the place of G on 1975 and reside that place since birth. Mr A have EPIC Card but not have birth certificate and he is illiterate. As per advice of advocate he approach to the court and his all effort he fail to produce document and the doctor under whose his birth process came to end due to the death of the said doctor. Kindly advice me what Mr A do to prove date and place of birth.

What is the difference between a MP/MLA being expelled and being disqualified, apart from the fact that expulsion is governed by respective house/assembly rules while disqualification is governed by Articles 102/103/191/192?
What is the practical difference between the two?

Eligibility for obtaining ncl obc certificate
Hello Experts,
I am Sanjay age 32 working in private company. I am getting confused is i am eligible to get OBC NCL certificate or not. I want to apply for Government exam and want to know that from you expert.
My caste listed in the central list OBC from UP state "Ahir, Yadav". My father was employed/joined in the Indian Air force as Airmen(lower rank) after 15-20 year of service he has been promoted to JWO(junior warrant officer) , which comes under group B officers with class-II gazetted status and later he retired in 2017 August holding same position.
He is serving on pension as of now. I am not sure his salary before his retirement is matter anymore or not while deciding for OBC NCL.
Now I would like to know whether I am Eligible to obtain OBC NCL certificate or not
Please advise.
