Que.1.Whenever an interim Order is passed by the Courts, Can the Respective Petitioner ask for a Copy of the Same by paying the Fee? or is their any thing else need to be done to obtain the Same in Hard Copy?

What is declaratory relief suit ?
As our case is still pending in Final decree proceedings, in which some legal heirs of one 3rd plaintiff who are not entitle for share as per Mohammedan law have been brought on record as Legal representatives of the plaintiff along with the real LR's, the FDP court is not ready to decide In terse dispute among legal heirs of plaintiff dismissing our Interlocutory application in trial court and writ petition is also dismissed in high court saying even if the non legal heirs are on record as LR's of plaintiff will not create any right for them and we have not objected at the time in 1986 when they were brought on record as LR's in the still pending Final decree proceedings.
Now our advocate is planning to file a declaratory relief suit to declare who are the legal heirs who can succeed in the property or share or anything which is in the name of 3rd plaintiff he say we can club the result with the pending final decree proceedings...

What is constituted as valid marriage solemnisation?
If a marriage certificate is issued without solemnisation taking place before or after the date of issue in the absence of the boy...then does the girl have any legal right over the boy or his income?
Which section's under the law can the boy use to cancel the invalid marriage certificate?

my divorce case is pending in family court but it is hardly making any progress and the judge is giving long dates without any proceedings. I want to expediate the proceedings and want day to day trial. Can i file any application for day to day trial viting section 21 of Constitution of india. what other remedy can i excercise for the same.

dear sir,
I m 30 years old, Govt servant. I m in great trouble. I did registered marriage with a girl 3 years back. But we didnt start living together. She is living in her house and I at my fathers house.The reason is that I could not arrange to live together. But since last couple of months, she started to threaten me to commit suicide at my fathers house, if I dont start living with her immediately. She even dont listen my any request.
Now please help me, what will I do with her? If i start living with her, she may commit suicide at the slightest causes. Because, she had already started to talk about suicide. Should I file any FIR against her threat?
Please advice....

Que.1.In Order to avoid Delay, Can a Divorce Suit be filed directly at Supreme Court?
This Question I am asking because their is always a scope to challenge the lower court orders in the next higher court, in such a context what is wrong in opting for Supreme court directly Which would delay the process of justice!

(1) how court decides maintenance under ipc 125 ?
(2) once fianlized, the maintenance value may change time to time, if yes, who can change ?
(3) for howmuch time i would to pay mainteancne as i am ready to bring my wife back and she neighter wants to come back nor wants to give divorce ? what to do in such circumtances ?
