Dear All, please let me know- Let me know the procedure to adopt a child aged about 10yrs.
Facts- 1. child's mother has given her consent for adoption of the child. 2. Husband (child's father)is not living with them(with wife & kid)since 4yrs.
Query- 1. what would be the rights & liabilities of the person who is going to adopt the child.2.In future can the father(child's father)claim his rights.

In a Money Suit, the plaintiff deposed the Ld. Court and his examination-in-chief had been completed and cross-examination was deferred on the prayer of the advocate on behalf of the defendant and thereafter the plaintiff expired.Whether his deposition has got evidentiary value?

Old age parents ready to file a petition u/s 125 of Cr.P.C. by praying maintenance against their daughters since they are having no sons.
In this aspect i require some decisions infavour of the old age parents against their daughters.
