A case u/s 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act is filed against my client in JMFC.Now case is for Evidence of Non Applicant/Accused.But i want to cross examination of Applicant which is already over.My query is that Can I recall Applicant for Cross Examination? If yes, any case laws?

Whether Bombay Ceiling & Holding Act is applicable to Registered Trust Property. A property of Registered Public Trust was acquired by Govt of Maharashtra in Ceiling & Holding Act. Whether it is proper. If No, Please suggest the provision. thanks

Sir, we are the trusty of one Non Granted english School. We were not deducted the epf amount from the salary of our employee. So EPF Commissioner issued a order to pay these dues & also paid the damages 100%.Let me know that, the damages are compulsory or it can be waived by the commissioner? thanks Plz reply

1. Is it possible for a service person ( a Mumbai domicile ) to acquire a farm land ( around 5000 sq ft ) in Maharashtra without being a farmer or hold any land in any part of India.
2. What is the procedure to convert Agricultural Land in NA Land for small property of around 5000 sq ft.
3. What would be Tax implication and can the said land be sold to other buyers ?

Govt. of Maharashtra take a possession of land of one Religious Trust. Total land is 404 Acres. Govt has possessed 135 Acres. This land is Datta Mandir's land. Is Govt. has taken a possession as a ceiling of this land? The land is not exempted under Ceilings Act? So what we will do?

I am applying loan to one Bank, Bank has sanctioned the Loan, but after Registered Mortgage deed. But I request to the bank for Equitable Mortgage Deed. Can I submit Equitable Mortgage deed to the bank, if yes suggest me provision. thanks

Please suggest what can I do? :Without disclosing the name & person or authority from whom the xerox copy of documents is received can be filled before Court to compare & show the fraud committed by the party producing it before Court,there is overwriting on the documents produced by the party, the xerox copy of the documents can produced earlier is obtained from original, the proper custody can be consider? Please give case laws. Its urgent.
