My divorce petition was filed in november 2009 in court by my Ex-wife after 4 months of marriage.Judge gave us time for 6 months to think again and re-settle things but that doesn't worked.After 6 months in April 2010 there was the final hearing on that hearing we settled our divorce by mutual understanding and gave some amount through "DEMAND DRAFT" in court it self.That day we got separated finally with mutual understanding.Now i am getting married again after 3 years of my divorce and i found this really difficult because the Ex-party is threatening us kind of Showing an intention to cause bodily harm.What should we do now?

My tenant went home on 10th feb saying that he will come back in a week. But he didnt came back since today i.e. 1st april. March and april rent is outstanding. His cell is off. When contacted at home several times always he gives different excuses. He tells he will come back and leave the room. But he never comes. Now rent bill outstanding amount will go beyond deposit. Now he is not answering any call. Room is locked. He had the keys. All his belongings inside. We have standard rent agreement of 11 months that will expire on 11th april'2013. Now i dont want this person any more. Now what to do for eviction of room with tenant not available. I have his address. Plz advice.

Please guide me in this matter:
A Lease agreement has been executed between 2 parties for a period of 3 years about 2 months ago. Registration of the deed has also been done by paying registration fees and stamp duty. Now the Lessee wants to terminate the lease. What is the procedure to follow in this regard?
Shall the parties have to execute a Termination Agreement and then again has to undergo the process of registration for the
termination agreement.
Please guide me.

i am resident in Rohini Delhi. i have constructed a new house and take water connection with installation of water meter. then i lock house for a year because not able to shift there.
problem arise when after one year i visit my house and received a water bill of rs 12000 on average basis.then i contact authority to rectify bill but they denied. because their meter reader was not able to verify whether first time water meter has installed or not.
so i show them electricity bill of 0 nil consumption. but they are not ready. the authority continue sending me water bill with previous balance and surcharge. so for the sake of stop increasing demand and disconnection of water deposit the wrong bill. now i want to go consumer court for remedy. please tell me proper procedure of consumer court . and it will be fruitful to go court.and i think more, this house is freehold on my name but on water bill name of allot tee mention. is there any need to change name on bill before filling case.
