My sister filed restitution of conjugal right petition. Her husband filed null and void petition.Now she needs to file maintenance petition.Husband is having income from rented house.But houses are in his parents name.Husband is also working.but we have no idea about his office address.What is the remedy for her to file a maintenance petition?

There is a institution in MAHIPALPUR ,DELHI for Aviation Course.In their web site it is wriitten that their course is recoginised by ministry of education and par with the degree given by the Indian univesrsities.The course is Aeronutical Engineering Course ,4 years.It is coming under Aeronutical society of India.I wish to get a seat for my daughter.

My uncle purchase land in Thane Dist.nr Taloja .S seller is a local resident he have possession of land till today my uncle purchased said land from sellers sons in 1999 and regiserted in 2006. while trasfering on 7/12 uttara we come to know that someone who had purchased the same land in1968 and registerd the same, nobody knowns about it.1985 the seller becoame old and he can not do any farming so he had distributed is land on his son nad noted with Talati, that time also no one taken the objection. Then first purchser filled a case ,he won,then we appealed and won, then case gone to konkan bhuvan and first party won and immediaetly he had transfered his name on 7/12.Now they are asking the possation.Second purchser had possetion,compound wall and power since last two years boring and roof and office for fabrication work.What to do please advice.Filed a appealed in high court. or anything else also want to ask when we won asking for 7/12 transfer they refuse. now they transfer in 7/12 uttra immeditely with all settings donein office can we can do obection on that

On 2002 my friend puchased one land from one Joseph.Joseph died on 1997.his wife and children gave power of attorney to one Krishan to sale the property. Krishan sold the property to my friend.But now my friend came to know that on 2002 the same property which my friend purchased from Joseph was sold to one Kandaswamy by Joseph itself.Actually joseph died on 1997.The kandaswamy on 2005 sold this property to one Lekshmi. How my friend can claim the ownership of the property?

Appeal in civil Suit pending before High Court. False Criminal complaint filed by Appallents.Now on false complaint FIR is pending before magistrate court .Respondent filed a CRLOP for police protection.But CRL OP dismissed due to pending of civil case.What is the remedy for poor respondent who is threatening by police and appallents?

I (mortgagee)entered into simple mortgage deed in the year 1995 for an amount of 100000/-.There is no stipulated date for repayment.Possession is with mortgager only.On 1999 mortgager gave 70000/- by cheque.Upto this date mortgager telling their sad stories and not giving mortgage amount. Only last month I came to know that the mortgaged property already sold by the mortgager in the year 1998 itself. What is my remedy to get back my money.Can I go Civil as well as criminal?

A girl who has finished her 8th standard two years before.Due to economical background she could not continue her studies.she has approached the School for getting TC several times .THey are refusing because more than 7000 Rs fees due are pending .Without remitting they would not issue TC.She needs TC to join as a private candidate.At this postion how she can collect her TC?

Provident fund office is reluctant to give back the provident fund amount.There is no liability or any other liability pending.Can I file case before High Court or I want to send a legal notice to the Provident Office?Thank you.
