Hi. In or around February end 2009, there was a judgment passed by the Supreme Court that there is no need of proof to claim LTA. As regards this, on informing my company to give me full LTA without any proof being required, it was informed to me that the same has not been notified, as such the same is not applicable. I want to know whether the said judgment has been notified or is there any other way I can claim full LTA without showing proof? Is the said judgment valid or not?
Please help!!!

THE MAIN ISSUE OF GOOD FAITH IN LOYAL JUDICIARY MUST BE ENFORCED WITH FORE OF ALL DOORS FOR THE POOR AND LITIGANT AND WHO DO NOT KNOW LAW OF EQUAL JUSTICE AND FOR ENFORCEMENT OF FUNDAMENTAL RIGHTS FOR EVERY SECTOR.
A POOR/BELOW MIDDLE CLASS ,BELOW POVERTY LANE WILL TRY GET OF HUNGRY AND NOT ANGRY ATTITUDE THIS MUST BE TAKEN TO CONSIDERATION OF EVERY LAWSON AND MUST HELP THEM FOR IMMEDIATE PUBLIC INTEREST LITIGATION AT SCI AND GET THE POOR MUST BENEFITED.
THEN THE EVIDENCE ACT 11 C OF INDIA OR ELSE WHERE CAN BE FORCED FOR QUESTION BENEFIT OF DOUBT ALSO RAISED TO MINDS OF ALL WITH GOOD FAITH NO POOR CAN BE PUNISHED
THE IMPLEMENTATION MUST BE FORCED BY LAW UNDER CRPC AGAINST THE CONCERN PL.
AS ALL THE HOURLY WAGE WORKER WHO WORKED RS 2 PER HOUR IN THE POSTAL DEPARTMENT AS CLASS.3 SUFFERED A BIG AND LOST NATURAL JUSTICE WHAT THEY REQUIRED AND NOW CRYING FOR THE 28Y EARS SINCE 1981 ON PAR WITH NO BODY IS TAKING THE ISSUE TO THE MAIN FOOT PRINTS AND GOOD HEARTS CHIEF JUSTICE OF INDIA FOR EARLY JUSTICE. KINDLY HELP US to get all the service benefits from date of joining all we have more than 300 day in each every from 1981 to 1988 but justice is far-way at bay of Bengal our posting we are under starvation as orphan for 8 years just for direct recruitment in the postal department no other employee in the department who recruited either for compassionate appointment or more than one hundred lower grade employees promoted to class. during that period the most unfortunate issue:

Dear All,
Can u guide me to a query :-
HUF owns a Flat / House which is given on RENT to the Karta of the HUF.
What will be the treatment of RENT in the Hand of HUF as well Karta who pays the RENT ?
Presuming, Karta is in Service, can he claim RENT paid by him to his own HUF for calculating Salary Income.
What precautions / documantations will be required ?

Can a Muslim widow make "settlement deed" of her share from the undivided property? Because some of family members are not ready for partition and this widow worried of her life present. Hence, the widow wanted to make settlement during her life to one her daughters who take care of this widow. Please advise.

I have purchase a Flat in Howrah, West Bengal and issued a cheque in favour of the developer of Rs. 25000/- but, as the developer did'nt performe his promise properly, I have dishonoured the issued cheque.
I that case what the legal obligation could arise against me as well as the developer.

Mr X , owner of several residential House Properties, transfered one of his house property to a Private Trust,( Mr X is the settler, but not a direct beneficiary)) created for the benefit of his family membersm, by a Regitered Deed of transfer, with a stipulation to enjoy the income, if any, arising from the said property, at his choice. Whether a sebsequent sale of the said property by the trust to any 3rd party will give rise to a Capital Gain and if so in whose hand the Gain should be included and taxable

Department Promotion Committee
One of my senior colleague officer in the Senior Administrative Grade (SAG) recently come to know that his two annual confidential reports have been graded as 'Good'. The Departmental Promotion Committee (DPC) meeting was held recently. The bencgmark for ACRs for promotion from SAG to HAG (Higher Administrative Grade) is 'Very Good'. He has two 'Good' reports out of last five annual confidential reports. He is likely to miss his promotion if availble remedial measures under the law are not restored to. HE was never communicated the contents of his ACRs and about the 'Good' grading. Recently in one of the cases, Hon'ble Supreme Court (Dev Dutt Vs. UOI) pronounced judgement that the ACR gradings and contents must be communicated to the officer if it is going to effect his promotion. The querry is 'What remedial action should he take'.
