Several high courts in india had ordered to perform narco analysis of accuse however all the orders are stayed by hon"ble apex court. Now in this cercumstanes what would have been position of the trail court to deceid the question of narco analysis

Dear Experts,
This is my query in reference to the CMS ATM CASE happened in vadodara wherein the victims are blamed for the fraud of 1 crore. Want to know about the future of this case. Also if u can guide whether they can be released through bail request or intrim bail in High Court. Requesting your kind comments on it.

Suppose an Advocate possesses CS as well as ICWA . While practising as Advocate, can he go for private practice in the other two professions? If not, can he do so for a social cause and /or on charity of course with the approval of the regulating authority and Govt.?

I was selected in a UAE big orgn., head office in India. They sent me visit visa after one month, I went there and due to medical emergency with my family I came back. At the time of leaving, I took some money from them. After two months, they sent me employment visa and wanted to come back, I refused to do so since I need some more time, my family is still under medical observation, now they have threatened me to take legal action against me. What can I do? I didn't sign appointment letter, except one application form.

Taxes on retainable land
We had some ancestral property. We had an agreement with the society (name not mentioned) to sell at a nominal rate in 1970's. Govt said we cannot sell as we have excess land. GO was passed after 20 years to sell the land(retainable) and society approached us to register us the lands in their names. They promised to give nominal amount slightly higher than what was agreed upon in 1970's. we agreed on moral grounds. Now the govt is asking us to pay the taxes on the govt rate.
Govt rate was around Rs. 6000 per sq yd and we sold it for Rs.65. Now govt is asking us to pay the tax amt of Rs 1 crore 20 lakhs as there was an amendment in the law done sometime in 2004 or 2005 where the law says that we need to pay the tax even if we sell the land for a lower rate than the govt specified rate or give the land as a gift. This is Andhra Pradesh. Please advice on what needs to be done to come out of this situation.
