Can a partnership deed be executed as on 01.04.2017 on a bond paper purchased on 29.09.2016 ( will it be accepted for Registration at ROF)?
I bought a land from a cooperative society in chennai The sale deed of the property is with an improper description in the area. Instead 2982 sq. ft., it is mentioned as 2444 sq.ft where as the north south,east and west demarcations are as follows :
north 75ft,. south 76ft, east 40ft,west 39ft
When I approached the society for rectification, they said that as per the mother documents available with them for the above said property was with same improper description. I have submitted a letter in writing requesting them to do the rectification in the deed .But for the letter they have not responded so far.
At this stage , after some effort i traced out the original owner who sold the property to the cooperative society and requested him to fulfil my obligation. He agreed to sign the rectification deed.
1.Can i proceed with rectification deed with the original owner who sold the property to the society instead of cooperative society.
Would there be any objection from cooperative society which has not taken any action on my request. Does this rectification deed holds legal validity.?

While my plot was being registered, i found that in the Chakbandi towars the west "WEST 30 FEET ROAD" instead of 40 feet road as actually it is 40 feet road. It was corrected in my registered sale deed before registration but in the first buyers sale deed it is "West 30 Feet Road" IN the sketch it is 40 feet road towards the west. All other aspects like length of area and breadth of area and number of the plot are perfectly correct.
Does it make any difference as it relates only to the chakbandi and not my plot area?

I have applied for Pf withdrawal online, but for the same employer need to approve my KYC and enter my date of exit as well. Well in my case same is done by third party person who has hired by my x employer. for the KYC approval, i had waited for 2 years and now when i asking him to enter my date of exit, which he always said that he will do. even after he said i sent my date of leaving my x company. Now he never reverts or takes my call. What should i do??

I had agriculture land in Gujarat with my 5 brothers, out of one brother was expired. Now, I would like to enter the names of my descendants in my survival in this land. Other brothers are not interested for entering the names of descendants. Is mandate for other brothers is required?
I had already made "Pedhinama" form Talati.
Can i enter the names of my descendants? if, yes what is the procedure for the same.

In a certain POCSO case filed in the ADJ Court, there were 39 witnesses listed by Police in the FF. During their Deposition before the said court, 36 witnesses have denied giving any 161 statement to the Police except 3 witnesses.These 3 persons have deposed against the accused [that he had inappropriately touched the victim ] and another accused [that he had threatened the victim not to complain against to the Police].
Both the accused have been pleading innocence.
Is it sufficient to convict the two accused?
What would be the fate of both the accused?

Hello Sirs,
I have filed an Application for payment of family pension , to verified legal heirs
Nominated by deceased in his life time. after death of deceased an alleged widow claiming
family pension, in support of Fake Nikahnama.
during scrutiny of matter by Court, I have filed stay Application, two years have passed
No pension has been paid to any one.
now I want to withdraw stay Application, with permission to file again, if necessitated.
as a alot of time has passed , and I do not feel any need to leave stay application pending in court.
2: I also want to amend prayer clause of above said matter.
so can I file both applications simleteniously, or should I file separately.
