Respected Sir/Madam,
I applied in college for professor assistant (job). I submitted xerox copy of cast certificate (OBC) but then-after my original cast certificate missed.
Now I bring new original cast certificate, So is there will be any problem about cast certificate for job? because both cast certificate number is different. Please tell me what should i do?

Hi,
my name is Glad Son. Actually am lending 3lks rs to my friend against mortgage deed for 5%.
My question is actually I don't have a lenders licence so I can lend money for interest.
shall I mention about the monthly interest details in mortgage deed.
Is it safe or its not safe to mention interest amount in mortgage deed and just collect intrest amount every month in a mutual understanding?
Later if he refuse to give interest it would be waste of giving money without interest if I didn't mention in deed. Please help me for this confusion....?

Hi sir..
I bought a builder 2nd floor in Vasundhara Sector 5 Ghaziabad, in my registery dox there is clearly mentioned that nobody has rights on roof but for checking wanter tank and other utility you can access the roof. In registry map they showed roof upon my floor (2nd floor) but there is another 3rd floor which already bought by another party.
Now other party(3rd floor buyer) giving problem to enter on roof and day by day creating problem with water tank and wire etc.
Please reply what we can do?

I am residing at Raipur CG. CGIT Jabalpur award in my favour Compulsory Retirement(Bank Terminate me) in Dec-2015. Now Bank sue in Jabalpur High Court saying that their order of termination against me was correct.
I want to face the case in Chhattisgarh High Court at Bilaspur.
It is possible to transfer this case from Jabalpur High Court to Bilaspur High Court?
Please help me.

Construction of chawl room
Hi team,
First of all thanks to all our experts on this side who regularly comments and responds to the query asked by us.
I have one question that i stay in chawl room and we are carrying out consrruction and repairs to the same. Now one person comes and says i am the landlord of this place but he is not and he says to seek permission from them for construction and pay sum of amount to them. This is the third time we are repairing our room but now they are claiming as landlord. Even though if we carry out construction there are chances that bmc would demolish the structure. So is there a way by which we can sought permission directly from bmc for construction? Does permission is granted to built chawl room? My contractor says bmc doesnot give permission in written.
Please advice.
