Dear Sir/Madam, My name Suresh I have 2 son's. I adapted my 2nd son to my mother second brother. He has no children. However recently adoption deed was done but in the adoption deed mentioned my mother second brother and wife as guardian to my 2nd son. Is it really adoption deed or any litigation. In future any problem with my son. I asked to lawyer he said your son is not a major so I put a word as guardian . Kindly please advise and if it's any litigation how to resolve.

Sir i lodged complaint u/ s 498 a againts my husband and his family member in 2014 due to some misunderstanding. Case is under trial. Charge sheet is also filed in the court. Now, I reliased my mistake and living with my husband since last 7 months. I want to withdraw the case. Please tell me the exact proceedure.

i want to purchase a house whose owner belongs to SC who purchased land in 2010 by non SC. land belongs to varanasi development authority but not municipal cooperation.
should i purchase this house without DM permission.

Hon'ble Supreme Court in SLP filed by farmers challenging judgement of High Court, against acquisition of land by just mentioning "DISMISSED", without assigning any reasons. There are at least half a dozen judgments of Courts which make it mandatory for reasons to be recorded for arriving at a particular decision. It was in April 2015. What is the way out for aggrieved farmers whose land is being snatched for benefiting few politicians.

Recently I bought Estamp in Bangalore for equitable mortgage by deposit of title deeds.
Instead of Art 6 it was issued under Art 34.with purpose Equitable Mortgage. Bank has taken correct papers For creation of equitable mortgage

I'm victim of false DV Act case.
I filed application u/s 21 of dv act, for visitation rights to visit minor child, She opposed in written reply. And now avoiding arguments on the ground that lawyer is no available from last 3 yrs.
Can I file application for expeditious disposal of said application. U/s 12 of DV act
The Magistrate shall endeavour to dispose of every application made under sub-section (1) within a period of sixty days from the date of its first hearing.

Unjustified interim order of rs 10000/- per month
dear sir,
i am pretty surprized to know that there is no protection for civilized husbands.
my wife left me in may 2013. she took my daughter. all my earnest persuasion failed to take her back. from may2013 i sent her money @rs 5000/6000 per month thinking about my daughterand also thought she will come back. she disallowed me to my daughter. if i phone her up to talk to my daughter, she abused me. my father is patient of serious blood disorder. he needs blood transfusion almost every 50 days. i am the only son and so i have responsibility to him. i could not take so much family pressure and my performance in my company detoriated( i was sales manager of Vediocon Industries in west bengal) and lost my job in april'2014. till june 2014 i sent her money. she filed case under crpc125 in dec'2014 after i stopped money. 16th october 2015 court passed the interim order of rs 5000/- each for my daughter and wife i.e total 10000/- per month. sincerely i can not afford this since i am jobless for last 20 months. secondly if the interim order is rs 10000/- per month then final order i believe would be more than 18000/- since my wife have asked for30000/-.practically judge lady did not listen to us . infact she did not even see me i doubt.
please sirs tell me what should i do now??
should i appeal for revision under crpc127 or under crpc397. my lawyer is a bit confused.
i have not paid any money till now. rs 30000/- is due till now. can my wife file execution ?? i am feeling like mad.
please guide me sirs.
