An assessment order was passed by ITO in our case, additions were made, we file first appeal to cit appeal. cit appeal dismissed our appeal, we file rectification to cit appeal as some facts were missed by her. She dismissed our rectification request. We again file recitifcation request to her. It was pending before her. Mean while Direct Tax Vivad Se Vishwas Scheme 2020 came and we file forms under this scheme. These forms were rejected by CIT with remarks that our first appeal was dismissed and instead of filing appeal to Tribunal, we again filed rectification of appeal to cit appeal, CIT admin rejected our form by saying that our appeal is not pending before any authority. now what is the remedy for us? According to my understanding recitifcation is part of appeal it is not a seperate case. And if our rectification request is pending it means, our appeal is not come to final conclusion till that rectification request disposed off. please suggest me what is remedy for us?

My firm is startup firm which i have registerd under MSME and is provided following National Industry Classification Codes (NIC code) 41, 42, 70 and 78. Now I have applied for a service contract with a Bank for Management of their Guestrooms including Housekeeping and Catering.
Being a MSME registered firm they have exempted me from following clauses :
1. Earnest Money Deposit - Exemption granted
2. ESIC, EPF and Labour Registration - Exemption granted withundertaking to get the registration done if work is awarded.
3. Past Experience : Not Exempted
Reason: The NIC codes alloted to you firm does not include CATERING (2 Digit NIC Code 56) and hence you can not be allowed to get a weaver/exemption for experience . Your Bid is hearby rejected. Part-II (Financial Bid) of your firm will not be opened.
For your Information please.
Kindly guide me, has the Bank rightly rejected my bid or should I send them a legal notice for not allowing me in the tender by rejecting my bid in technical bid.

Dear Learned Lawyers,
A retired person from Army died in the year 1984. His wife predeceased in the year 1985. A fraudulent lady claiming as his second wife, in order to get his family pension, filed a suit in the civil court with the prayer to declare her as legally married second wife well after a lapse of 12 years i.e. in the year 1996. The court accepted her petition and decreed the suit declaring her as legal 2nd wife. Now my question is whether the acceptance of her petition by the court after around 12 years is valid ? Doesn’t it come under Limitation Act ? Need your clarification in this regard.

Case was filed by lakshmi reddy 2018, property of Chowdary was attached.......but before disposing of case property was transfered to narasimha on 25/8/2020 & got the money....just after that within few days case was settled outside court.....case was disposed 3/9/2020 .....Chowdary was telling kumar( it's me) he will give money after selling property which is in court......now property is transferred to narasimha has above incidents ,he got money ,he cleared lakshmi reddy but not my money.....now I am filing a civil suit.....can I put the property transfered by Chowdhury to narasimha has void b/c property attached in lakshmi reddy case against Chowdary is transferred to narasimha before case disposed.......now can I attach that property

A consultancy company holding my original marks cards
A 2 year back, I joined a consultancy company by submitting my original marks cards and signed a letter ( not bond ) says that if I leave the company after trained , I should pay the training charges of 60000. I left the company within 2 hours after joined by informing my all problems to them. They told to give back my originals after my bond period got over. Till now I ‘ m asking for my originals but they are forcing me to pay 10k as a penalty. I have not taken any training and I'm not absconded . I informed them and left the job. I met with severe health issue and I begged them by submitting all my medical reports . They are like stubborn in this matter. I keep mailing and requesting HR till date but no reply. They are playing with my life and tortured me bullied me by the every possible way.Due to this mental pressure ,I couldn’t recover well from my health issue and I consulted a special psychiatrist .I’m in a poor economical condition and come from village background . Please help me in getting my original marks cards and help me in getting justice for the torture they gave me for 2 years.
