Facts: Company is under CIRP ( Corporate Insolvency resolution process)
RP is appointed
Current status : Negotiations with promoters for settlement.
Salary of Post CIRP is pending
RP has expressed his view regarding termination without payment of dues in this COVID period.
Employee who have earlier filed a case for payment of salary is pending before NCLT and they have again moved a fresh application to stay the termination till the settlement process under inherent power of NCLT.
Query : Is there any specific provision in which NCLT can direct to stay the termination or may say to pay the dues before termination.
Any judgment to support the case of employee

Hello Experts, I am salaried guy living in Mumbai. In the month of Jan 2020 my son who is around 12 years was playing with his friends in the society campus. while playing one of my kids friend (named Priyesh) got hurt and got his leg fractured. They were riding bicycles. Myself and my wife to the hospital too see the Priyesh. Priyesh is 10 years old. His parents were also there and they started blaming my kid for the incident. Priyesh was hospitilized for three days. After he came home, i took my kid to see priyesh and meet his parents at their residence. When we went Priyeshs mother scolded my kid very badly and asked for money also for payment of hospital bills. Post that incident all other kids has stopped playing with my kid. There is one more neighbour who with Priyesh mother has instigated all other kids for not to play with my kid. Now from past almost 4 months my kid is going through depression since he is scared and his friends has stopped playing / talking with him. I have given a written complaint about this whole incident to the society chairmen / sectartry but nothing good has happen nor they have taken any action. I request the experts to give me advice as if I can initiate any legal action against Priyeshs mother and the neighbour. Please help.

I got married in July 2018. We both work in Pune. It was an arranged marriage. We had a baby boy in June 2019. After delivery, I tried to get my wife back to the Pune, but she never told me exactly what she wanted. Always I do not need anyone, I look after myself, she used to give this type of answer. After all, I had a meeting with his family members and some people, then she said that my mother cannot live in my house in Pune. Only her mother will be with us. Even during pregnancy, his mother came to live with us for 3 months. I am the only son, I cannot leave my parents. But in the meeting, people said that take it for a few days, her mind will be changed.
And on December 19, my wife came to Pune with her mother and brother. I sent my mother to the village. My wife had said that only her mother would be with us, but her brother also stayed with us. My mother in law's behavior was also not right. I did not even let me see properly with my child. I was tolerating everything, yet after a month my wife's father came and my wife said that she is going to leave the house. And she needs a divorce. I felt like this is frightening. But one day when I came from the office, I saw that they left home with all the furniture that was got at the wedding [january 20]. When I called her, she did not even give me the address and said talk to my maternal uncle. His uncle did not tell anything properly.
I have not received a single phone call from her for six months. I messaged her a couple of times to come back. Now I came to hear that she does not want the divorce and wants to come back.
But now I need a divorce only. Because she can never keep my family happy. She has a habit of lying. Her mother always threatened to send me to jail.
Inevitably I have to stay away from my son. Only once or twice a month after the divorce, I will be able to meet my son rightfully. My wife and her mother are very arrogant. They always insulting me for my salary because I used to earn less than my wife. Even after suffering so much, till date, I have never given any trouble to my wife. But my wife and her family members can never be changed.
Can I get divers on this basis? If the wife refuses to divorce in court and my wife is ready to live properly with my family members, what should I do?

Dear Members,
I have buy the laptop on 1st Feb 2020 and from starting my laptop not working properly. keyboard is defective. Main issue is ALT key not working and because ALT key not use daily basis I haven't noticed once notice but some how skip from my mind and some reason but laptop is defective from 1st days. Now after many complaints in HP they are saying they will not change the laptop but they will change the keyboard because I not complaint with in 15 days. And his executive come to my house to change the keyboard but when he start changing he found he carry wrong spare part. he told me they will arrange the correct part and inform me. But after many days no response from there side i called HP concern person many time and mail them.
I have paid full amount and I got defective laptop.
Now how I can approach to Consumer Court and is there any complaint format for that. If yes can any one help me to provide the format.
Also Consumer Court is open now or still close. I am from New Delhi
