negotiable instrument act section 138

i have lodged a complaint in the court under sec 138 of the negotiable instrument act before 6 years. till the date accused is not appearing in the court so i submitted an application for bailable warrant. the same was granted. i fear that the policemen will not serve the warrant and the same will return unserved. i know that the accused is awailable at the same address. my question is that can i call a policeman in the court for showing cause why the warrant was not served even though the accused is residing at the given address and how? under what section? what other remedy is awailable to me for to secure the presence of the accused in the court? what actions i can take against such policemen who does not respect law and does not obey the order of the court just for the sake of few money? thank you v. much

Can anyone please provide

Whatever deeds drafting we follow in India are very archaic model which sounds like it was written by a Charles Dickens character! Can anyone in the fora provide some clue as to simple skeleton format of Consultanting Agreements. Is anyone happy to share a basic i) consultant-to-client- ii) consultant-to-sub contracted consultant agreement which works in the education sector?

Any offers of early help would be greatly appreciated as always.

Thanking you in anticipation.

Divorce u/s 14 of HMA

Respected counsels, If I file a divorce petition u/s 14 of HMA (citing exceptional hardship) and the opposite party though deny the allegations but giving consent for divorce in the court will the court ask for filing mutual divorce petition. Or will the court accept the petition and grant divorce.
Petition need to be filed within one year of marriage.

In case if the opposite party is putting a condition that consent will be given if some money is paid. will the court accept even if the exceptional hardship is proved.
