As per Mohameddan LAW, Predeceased Sons/Daughters Children will not have share in their Grand parents property as they are entirely excluded by their uncle and aunts who survived their parents at the time of their death.
Is this law has been ammended or it is same..

hi all
my client has a property which he has given on rent to students. aportion (IInd floor of the same was let out to an advocate comprising of 1 bed room, 1 kitchen and W.C. RENT rs 4000.
now when my client ask to vacate the teneant he refuses. a little argument held b/w them. now that tenant filed an injunction suit against my client and in court my client has given the statament that he will vacate him withdue process of law.
now the client came to me on this stage after all this things. and ask for eviction of this tenant.i suggest that we will first send him a notice under sec. 106 TPA.
plz help if i am right. can anybody help me in telling the contents ofnotice under sec. 106 TPA.

Can there be a plea of private defense in the instant case? A and B were the only survivors of a ship hanging on a wooden plank.Suddenly they realized that the wooden plank could hold only one person.A gave a hard blow on B and as a result B was drowned in the ocean and A survive. A was charge of murder of B. Can A plea a case of private defense?

Under Special Marriage act if an officer who is not designated as a marriage officer solemnized a marriage, the marriage is Void. Now, if a Hindu couple solemnized a marriage before a pundit as per their customs, but discovered that the pundit was really not a pundit, will the marriage be void though in good faith they solemnized the marriage?
