Hi,
One of my relative who is also resident of the same area where i stay has takeen Personal loan from ICICI bank and now he has defaulted the payment and now i am getting letters in his name, i was not aware of this at all. to my surprise he has taken 2 loans.
this guy nither stayed in my house nor he is legaly owner of the property. i am sole owner, i have no idea how he has takeen loan. i came to this know ony when i started applying Peronal loan and they have rejected the same, with my contact i could find out that my address is been marked in bad remark as default payment.
Please guide me how can i take action aganist bank as well aganist this person legally.

Hi.. A property was bought my Mrs X in 1985. She dies in 1993. She has 3 married daughters.they give the father a notarized document saying that he is the heir to his wife and they have no objection in selling the property. He gives a power of attorney to another person. the person who took the power can he sell the land. if i buy will that give me a clear title?
actually the daughters have in given a notarised rs100 stamp paper deed " authorise our father (mr X) to get the ownership of the plot...........transferred to his name.we hereby declare we have no objection in doing the same" mr X based on this gave power of atorney to mr y. can i buy from mr.y. he says he (mr y)will give a receipt of assurance for the total amount what are the problems which i will face.

Dear All,
If an employee has completed continuous service of 10 years in a company (Maharashtra)and would like to quit the company & settle the PF Account, will it be possible to get total share of PF deposited in his account (i.e. employees & employer's contribution) or will have to wait for his superannuation / retirement to get the pension fund amount.
Please advise in the matter.
