Date of comencement of agreement

Can a agreement on stamp paper purchased on a later date say 30th april 2008 can be used to enter an agreement of lease of property which is done 9 months earlier now?

STAMP DUTY ON LANDED PROPERTY PURCHASE

Purchased a residential property at noida.paid stamp duty as per circle rates of noida authority & registered the house on 19 Jan 2006.
On 31 jul 2007 I received a notice from Dit. collector office that stamp duty paid was less.I am yet to be heard by the collector.Please advise if I am supposed to pay extra stamp & penality if any, at this belated date.I am given to understand that after six months of registration ,revenue deptt. cannot demand any further stamp duty.please advise.

can father-in-law can pay the maintance amount which is pending on husband?

sir,

i had claimed maintance case in famaily court from my husband since my husband was in u.s.a court had issued summons to my husband more than 5 times through various process.then to my husband had not given any replay to tha court then i got it XPARTY.court had issued an order that i should get a maintaince from my husband. then after that i filed for every 6 months in the court for an award.my husband after coming to india he is upscanding court had given a paper publication.and issued an N-B-W on my husband now totally from 2 years my maintance amount is pending in the court.recentely i got an evidence to prove that my father-in-law is in touch with my husband. i submited those papers to the court.court had issued a summon to my fathear-in-law to furnish the address of my husband.my fathear-in-law came to the court and said to the magistrate that he is ready to pay the maintaince amount which is pending on my husband. and he requested the magistrate to recall the warent which is pending on my husband.
court had given a date for this month 28th.can my fathear-in-law can pay the amount?

i want to know the rules regaring acceptance of theft gold as pledge my questions are

1. Some of the police officeres were not ready to issue seizure receipts while they are taking the gold

in today's Amar Ujala daily news paper there was a news referring a recent Supreme Court decision in which Hon'ble court has ruled that a loss making employer cannot deny wages hike to its employees.
the case has reference to Haryana State Minor Irrigation Tubewell Corporation.Verdict has been given by Justice R V Ravindran and Justice Lokeshwar Singh Panta revertibg the Decision of Haryana and Puajab High Court.
Can I get the details of this judgement.

societ.y redevelopment

My society is going for redevelopment.I am against it as the paying is planning to pay less rent and from that amount i will not get a flat on rent in that locality. Majority flat memebers are on the redevelopment side while there are few who are against it. Kindly advice according to bye-laws of mumbai is it mandatory to vacate the flat if majority is ready for it
