Settlement deed

Sir/Madam,
During 2003,I executed a settlement deed in favour of a pastor giving a certain property of mine in the name of a charitable institution of which he is the president.He took possession of the property and later i understood that he defrauded me and did not allow me to enter the premises and utilized for his own family. Actually there were conditions in the deed that the property will be utilized only for church and charitable purposes. I filed a suit for recovery. but dismissed. Now i have moved an appeal. please help.

consumer judgement

hello all learned experts
can anybody provide me the judgement regarding the deficiency in service by the builder or by the building construction company by not starting the construction withe in time limit and not progress while there are only 14 months left to handover possession to the consumer

Difference in pay scale

I m working in a legal cell of a electricity company. My com. is a subsidery com. of GUVNL (MAIN COM.) another 4 com. r also subsi. com. of guvnl. Now question is, my pay scale is lower then same post of other subsi. Com. Wht i do?

Will muslims be given time off to do namaz?

hello experts
One of my friends is working in a BPO in Bangalore. He is a muslim and has to perform namaz on friday at 2 noon.
He is not given the break in the company to perform this religious duty. Is there any provisions in the labour law in favour of my friend.

Respected sir,

An accused committed offences under sec. 192, 197, 199 & 200 IPC, which are punishable under section 193 of IPC. Would severe punishment be awarded in case the above offences proved in the Hon'ble court.

Respected sir,
I have filed a case in 156(3) under DP3.
Status report was asked for from IO. May I have the liberty to protest the ATR, in case I feel that it is made on the bases of false and fabricated grounds.

is loading & unloading work is casual/temporary for transport company ?

Notice Pay recovery

I want expert opinion on following matter.

my previous employer sent notice for recovery of notice pay. I was not a confirmed employyee there. I worked there for 23 months . I have not recieved any confirmation letter during tenure.Even though i got pramotion , stating that term and condition of appointment letter will be remaining same.
Am i still probatione according to law? Please suggest me
