We would like to know whether a salesman is classified as a workman under the ID Act, 1947? Are there any case laws to the contrary?

Honourable Sir,
Sir, Mr. Dipankar Chakraborty install BIOGAS in the area of Sikkim to some benficiaries and he received Subsidy from
Khadi and Village Industries Board, Sikkim of Rs. 1,51,000/- after Deduction of Royalty.
So sir Kindly let me know will he get tax deduction of this Subsidy? if yes kindly mention section Sir.
Will Section 80JJA be applicable, here?

Hi,
I'm practising as an advocate for taxation matters (income tax and VAT etc.).
My query is that if a bill is being issued by me to my client, stating seperately, such works as, preparation of books of accounts,i.e.Cash book, ledger etc. and also preparation of balance sheet etc on letter head /bill of advocate wether this is a voilation of code of conduct/professional ethics or not.Can i mention these works in my bill seperately or not.

Me and My husband are seprated from last 3 years, because he and his family used to beat me, Now i want to file a case against him for Domestic violence/Dowry etc, please suggest wether i can do the same right now or not , we have done that earlier also at my native place but later we stop it by producing an application that we are trying to resolve the matter with help of relatives, but all in vain, nothing have happened yet since Apr 8, 2006.
Could anybody please help in the same

1.my frist appel in to dy.comm,of police but they here the matter but their staff not done any thing so i am not satisfiction on his decisin i want to apple second where to apple and how i am staying in mumbai. 2. In this case i frist apple to Co-operative hsg soc. they also not give reply to me so where to second apple to made and how

Society if asking for a probate to the will for transfer of a flat in case where a Parsi has died and he has bequeathed his flat to his daughter who is his only child. His wife has also exipered.Is a probate for the will necessary. Or is there any way in which the flat can be transfered ?Property is in MUmbai
