What to do if my wife want to withdraw and compromised the GR Case under section 498a,323,294 and so Which had been pending in the court from 3 years?

Dear Experts,
Me and my family is facing false dowry & domestic violence case . I was took stay order on the FIR . Then the high Court send us into mediation centre. I m trying to getting out of it in the mediation centre of Allahabad. They want 5lac for settlement. Unfortunately I don't have huge amount . Once it fails how could I get bail in Allahabad. Any other way please suggest.

PF and Final Settlement

1. In the month of April 2016, I meet with the Company Secretary & I/c GM(F&A) regarding my F&F Settlement & CPF withdrawal and she has assured me that it will be completed within the short time as she needed the approval of competent authority.
2. As per the Clause No. 7 in the Letter of Contract of my service, I have served 30 days notice period after submitting my resignation letter (10th Sept 2015 to 9 2015), but I yet to received my pending salary as well as arrear salary. Then In-Charge & Assistant Manager (Mech) forwarded the registration letter to the Management on the same date (10th Sept 2015) as I submitted my resignation letter through the then In-charge.
3. After tendering my resignation on the above mentioned date, on 24th of Sept 2015, I was handed over the charges to the then In-charge & Assistant Manager (Mech) in written and prima facia he forwarded the same to HO for needful.
4. On my last working day after sanction of EL application (from 28th Sept 2015 to 9th Oct 2015), I had a talk with Executive Director and he informed me over the telephone, we, the contractual employee are not eligible for release letter beside we may have a accounts settlement from concern department after approval of competent authority which may take time. Further, I could not able to setup my ledger in office due to some bills are pending for approval from HO level during that time.
5. I had sent the claim for withdrawal of PF benefit thrice, last on 25th of April 2016 which was yet to submitted to concern department for release of statutory claims.
6. I think that after completion of 30 days notice period, when I was not working in your company, there might be no legal terms between us, whatsoever the company issued a Show Cause Notice to me after 23 days (2nd Nov 2015) of expiry of the terms of contract with the time frame as 24 hours of written clarification.
7. After receiving Show Cause, I received a Memorandum on 20th June 2016 with a proposal to perusing the disciplinary action against me under CDA Rule. As per the CDA Rule as well as Labour Act (Contract), I am not an employee of that company as I have left the company before 9 months so there was no legal relationship between us. I am unable to understand why company has sent me this Memorandum to my permanent address instead of sending in my communication /email address which is known by all officials. That means intentionally some officials try to get some undue advantage of non-replying within the time also create some uncomfortable situation to me. It is pertained to mention that the Officials having the intention to harass me without any substantiate documents whereas my work was bonafide by the management and other stakeholders also during that tenure. The clarification or reply of said Memorandum has been dispatched on 4th of July 2016 through email and the hard copy was send through speed post.
8. Sr. Zonal Manager has assigned to conduct an enquiry against me whereas everyone of the company knows about the bitter relationship between us. Hence, I am not ready to attain any enquiry where the said officer is involved and it is pertained to mention that the activity done by Sr. Zonal Manager for his personal interest and personal revenge against me. I have the all documents regarding his corruption.
I left my job before 9 months with a good work record and relationship with the company and now it’s tuned for other angle. I am now harassing a lot and suffer financially also. Please suggest.

Can a trader move to consumer court when he incurred loss by the advisory company, if yes what is the procedure to approach?

Maintenance 125(3) - husband want to maintain wife only when she lives with her

Hello,

I got an order in jun'15 from high court that mediation to be done by the presiding officer/judge of that court between the husband and wife (infact, this was asked by me at that time) but this order was not given to me by my high court lawyer and at that time he stated that only dismissed that petition... and after seven months i.e., feb'16 the judge ordered 5k per month as maintenance...

I preferred appeal over feb'16 judgment and high court stayed the order in jun'16 and asked me to pay 2.5k per month i.e., 50% of amount awarded...

and in may'16 wife filed petition under 128 crpc for recovery of maintenance and still i did not get any summons on it...

I want to maintain my wife on condition that she lives with me at matrimonial house...and for that i want to file 125(3) and also stating the jun'15 high court order for doing mediation between husband/wife for making them living to together.... and also I wanted to ask for recording using 11 of family court act...

please advise whether any problems for filing 125(3) crpc and 11 of family court act for videographing the proceedigns...

Procedure

My wife filed divorce petition in family court under section 13 1(i-a & i-b) of Hindu Marriage Act is still pending. And minor child custody with my wife.

My grand father-purchased a lease hold property (House) in 1960’s at new Delhi. He died in 1985 without leaving any will. My grandfather- left behind two sons & two daughters. In 1992 my father and his brother applied for mutation and conversion of property into freehold after obtaining NOC from their sisters and mother. Land & Development office converted the property into freehold and conversion deed was duly registered in their joint names. Now the property stand registered in the joint names of my father and his brother.

My query:-
1.What is my wife and minor legal right in said property.
2. Can she file any legal suit for her and minor rights on said property.

Agreement of sale executed in 2002 for which stamp duty has been paid but not registered

Hi,

My dad purchased an apartment in 2002 via an agreement for sale for which stamp duty was paid. However, due to death of my dad who executed the agreement, the registration was not done and this was realised only recently when the documents were being validated since we were looking to sell this apartment. Is there any way that we can now register this without involvement of the seller?

Is there any possibility of executing a deed of confirmation or likewise which will enable me to sell this apt? Looking towards a solution on this and seller involvement is not possible since they are not reachable.

Leakage from Upper Floor Flat

Our upper floor flat owner is not repairing his toilate seepage to my flat.we have informed to upper floor flat owner and also society committee 2 mths back but nobody has taken action till now and construction of building is not permitted by govt. Kindly advice the legal action that we can take�

Compensation in consumer case against the builder

In the case, in which buyer didnt get the said amenties by builder.flat is in possession of buyer. but Building is still not complete and there is no lift in the building and there is only one flat is sold. on first floor. Now the owner of this flate in firstfloor want to complaint to the consumer forum. Can the complaint can be made to refund the price of flat... can he? Howmuch compensatin can be met? and how much should we seek? built up area is near about 30 sq.ft and price is aboout 14 lacs
