QUERY: COPYRIGHT REGISTRATION - OF WEBSITE - literary work INCLUDE PRESENT AND FUTURE ALSO (AS WEBsITE WILL UPDATE WITH NEW PAGES WEEKLY)
I am applying for registeration of copy right for literary work which is variable unpublished work. My 10 pages for copy of work is ready.. In future i would add some more pages as the work changes. shall i add in or amend the same work which is registered or i need to register another copyright for that work.
Can a single person hatched a criminal conspiracy? Any judgment of Supreme Court of India.
A person is booked u/s 354, 506 & 427 IPC. He was booked by the ACJM in Novemeber 2011. The trial is going on. Since the beginning of 2013 that person is filing the false cases in the court and giving false complaints to police against the complainant and the family members using his minor daughter. So far 7 such false cases and 3 such Police complaints have been dismissed. That person is continuously hatching criminal conspiracy and filing these false cases and giving false police complaints. can this person be booked u/s 120 (b) alone as no court can take cognizance of section 182 and 211 IPC (as it is barred u/s 195 crpc). What other remedial action can be taken against that person?

Background:
I have purchased a piece of land from the owner of land in a village in Indore (M.P).
Registry documents were prepared by Seller's advocate.
Location and details of plot both doesn't match to what deal took place for.
Though details are wrong seller is verbally saying that he is giving possession of land for which deal was done.
There is no plot matching the details mentioned in the registry.
Amount mentioned in the registry is too less than what I actually paid.
Queries:
1. Can registry be changed with correct details?
2. Can I ask for refund of money and take legal action if seller doesn't refund the money.
Any advice is highly appreciated.

Sale agreement
in 2012 i entered into a sale agreement for 15 cottahs of land with a broker at 3.25 lac per cottah...he paid 10 lac in advance and subsequently paid 17 lac more...10 lac was mentioned in the sale agreement and 17 lac i wrote on the back of it...the agreement stipulated that the broker will get the lands transferred to people of his choosing and within one year...
however in 2 years he only had us sell 12 cottahs of land and 3 cottahs still remain...
now he is not letting us sell nor selling himself...
the sale agreement was unregistered...
now what shall i do to retrieve the land?
