The compliant has died in a legal case. Query ..can the Legal wedded wife pursue the case havening the requisite prof and evidence? to prove him innocent?

My father in law had executed a registered will , it is favoring the son of my father in law's daughter , he received almost 80 % of our property and 20 is divided in between my husband and his brother. My sister in law and mother in law and father in law are no more now . the big apartment house costing 2crores is transferred to his grandson . now we want to challenge the will we have taken objection to probate . the only default is that the medical certificate that is attached to the will is back dated and get corrected to that of current date . That is before the few days of the date of execution of will. Can the preposition " legal Heir comes first before Nominee" be applied here in our case and what are the more grounds on which the will can be challenge .

I am applying for canada PR where i need to upload police clearance certificate. I have an accident case registered against me under IPC 338 and currently the case is in appearance stage.
The other party is not ready to settle the case and demanding hefty money.
1. Does the court case creates problem during police verification?
2. I heard that IPC 338 accident case is not much major offence and it doesn't involve moral turpitude, will I get clean PCC in this case. How much true is this?
Please guide me in this regards as I cannot wait till the end of the case proceedings as it may take around 3 to 4 years.

About reservation in promotion for physically handicapped I am a physically handicapped government employee in uttar pradesh. I want to know about reservation rule in promotion for handicapped employees in accordance with PWD ACT 1995. About the handicapped reservation in 2016 supreme court directed in Rajeev Kumar Gupta & others versus Union of India & others ruled about handicapped reservation in promotion. In June 2021 State of Kerala versus Leesamma Joseph, supreme court directed state government to mandate it. these things I read in news paper. Can I really get reservation in promotion? Please Help

My mother expired 6months ago, she has written a Will as to transfer of house in favour of me and my sister has no objection for the Will,
Will is written in a Legal paper and it is not registered and notarized as well.
is this Will admissible in the court of law and what is the procedure to execute the Will?

My grandmother is having kulkayda land in Sinnar Hiwargaon.her husbands eldest brother was greedy so was not in favour to give part in land.Grandfathers brother was illiterate so the owner of land made a fraud with him and taken his thumb print on papers that grandfathers brother is happily giving him his land back. So please guide for this

Sir, I sold my flat & registration was done in favour of Buyer on 02.09.2021 with condition in agreement that buyer will make payment of balance amount through home loan from bank with in 20 days from the date of registration. Now it's more than 40 days, buyer has not made my balance payment. Kindly guide if i should do anything or should worry about?

Validity of dpc promotion order
Can I claim my promotion on the basis of old DPC order for seniority cum fitness vacancies ? The order was issued for previous vacancy years (from 2011 to 2015) The DPC promotion order was given on 8 th July 2021. Order says that the promoted candidate should join his promotion assignment within 40 days of the order after which this this promotion order will be inoperable. Since I had resigned when this order was issued I did not join. Now I am planning to withdraw my resignation. Can I claim my promotion based on this DPC order ?? This is a very strange kind of scenario. HR experts kindly comment.
