Build building forcefully showing deadly weapons

Case is like this.
My grandfather has three sons and my grandfather passed away before 10 years. All property records are on my grandfather‘s name. There is no official divided among these three sons but they are manually enjoying the property. Now my uncle (my father’s younger brother) builds a building on a plot which is more than his share forcefully by showing deadly weapons. So I put civil suit on the plot in our District Court, after that he also continue built building on that plot by violating Court’s stay order.
I want to demolition that part which stands on my father’s share. Is it Possible to demolition? If Yes the how , if no then how I got our share on that plot . Please suggest me what should I do .

Move a contept of court application in the court which has granted stay, donot demolish, let the court may direct so.

you have been shown weapons and not gone to police.
you have got stay order which is violated and not filed contempt case.
you may better forget. Law is not there to help those person who do not take help of law.

If you have stay from court and they are still continuing the Construction, file contempt of court and prey to demolish illegal construction.

For criminal intimidation, lodge a complaint with the police, for violating the court order, file a contempt petition before the court for his act of violation against the stay order.
