I had purchased a plot in arun dev bhiwadi project in april 2008 for which an upfront payment of one lakh was made and the rest was to be done in 73 installments of 3000 each monthly . I did the same for 66 months, however in between an enquiry was made about the status of plot for which they always said that once the payment is complete the plot will get registered on your name . Recently when almost everything was made as far as payment is concerned I asked them for registry for which they replied that I will be informed soon , which never came . They also became abusive and rude once I asked them for my value of investment . I dont want to leave them , as its ahard earned money of mine , for which they are duping , please suggest me what to do

since you have made full payment if builder is refusing to register sale deed in your favour you can file complaint against builder before consumer forum for deficiency in service and seek registration of sale deed in your favour . also seek compensation for mental torture you have undergone

Besides consumer fora, you should move for specific performace of the contractual obligation with permanent and mandatory injunction.
Obtain interim injunction restrain the builder from creating third party interest in your flat.
Contact, engage and consult a local prudent lawyer, you have a very interesting and winning case.

Serve a legal notice, if there is no response, file a suit for specific performance and obtain interim injunction so that they cannot sell the plots to others. This will work out.

If you apprehend a cheating or fraud, you may even prefer a criminal complaint with the local police apart from other reliefs through legal forums.
