Sir/Madam,
I am in need of a judgement which reflects the use of mobile phone call detail records in finding the location of a person on a said date based on cell tower location. I want to use the cdr to prove that on a particular date I was not at the alleged crime scene. Have searched the internet but could not locate any judgement/case where cdr were used to this effect i.e. to determine location of the person. If any body is aware of such a judgement, kindly let me know.

You can call the relevant record from the concerned company even before court through court and need not to get it at initial stage as no company shall be ready to provide you such record.
