Can a company put a defamation case on me

I bought a samsung tv for 29000 14 month ago after a warranty of 12month with in 2 month the tv display pannel is not working..and to repair it i have to pay more 12000.
I demanded compensation from the company to repair it.
But the company denied.
So can consumer forum help me to get compensation.

On social media i posted negetive comments and also made paper notice and pasted in public place.
Can samsung india sue in defamation case against me

as long as your submissions are not false no case of defamation can lie.

It will be advantageous to you if the company sue for defamation, but it is unlikely to happen.

I shall concur with Shri P Venu.

It shall be still better if your mohalla/village/society/colleagues/peers/community/relatives/friends etc also join you and all of then share the facts on social media e.g. Whatsapp and send the facts to MD/CEO of M/s Samsung in India and Korea..................and make therm a party.

DCDRF is the option.

The companies are becoming arrogant/adamant/hard these days and prepare private and internal policies for employees that deter the employees to provide instant relief to customer and as a result customer is dumped in courts.

Then habitual and hardened offenders appeal in state commission/national commission and even in Supreme Court....................

United Communities is the THE ANSWER.

Who compelled you to pay Rs.12,000 by getting your TV repaired from outside agency within the warrany period? Evidently the company could not be expected to charge even a single paisa from you within the warranty period.

so in the initial post you had hidden the fact the the TV was out of warranty.

It is now understood that apparently your allegations were false. You can be sued for defamation.

The part is manufactured by the company and paid by you and on each part there should be some reasonable warranty.

You are agitating on the part and not whole equipment.

The company should feel responsible for the part or it should state it is spurious and fake.

Discuss with an able counsel specializing in consumer matters.

Company's liability becoes over, if warranty is expired.

Why afraid now to face any action by the company now when you were not afraid in making negative publicity against the company, damaging company's image and prestige after expiry of warranty period?

Better wait and watch.

Better i make my protest stronger.as i am not alone whose costly tv have damaged there are many more samsung customer.
And according to me the company had used a poor quality product for manufacturing it.
