Can a power of attorney holder buy some service for principl

(Querist) 02 January 2016 This query is : Resolved
Can a power of attorney holder buy some service/things for principle from a seller?
The seller here clearly states that his services are not for commercial purpose, but if a POA agent bought a service from a seller, he would receive money/compensation from the principle do buy this service on principle's behalf.

Give background details. Now unless the principal and agent are related the POA would be considered ineffective.

He can do so if it is specifically mentioned in the POA about such powers.

In the POA agreement, principle authorizes agent to buy that service/goods but seller has some terms for selling their service/goods.
The seller here clearly states that his services/goods are not for commercial purpose, but if agent bought a service for his Principle from a seller, he would receive money/compensation from the principle to buy this service on principle's behalf as agreed on POA agreement between Principle and Agent.
