Can an person get pension from US govt and can practice as an advocate in India

Question to get pension from US not clear, whether he has worked under US govt as an employee.
To practice as an advoacte in India one should be registerer with State Bar Council of India and must possess requisite qualification.

why not?

The Advocates Act or the Bar Council never prohibited to practice a pensioneer.accordinglyyou being a pensoneer can practice as an Advocate in Indian Courts. You may apply to the Bar Council of the State you are residing and obtain permission.

Yes you can practice as an advocate. The Advocates Act or the Bar Council never prohibited to practice a pensioner.
