Can any one help

we are two sisters and five brothers all married i am elder sister our father died on 1977 without writing any will our father aqquired property of his own.Till now property was not distributed among the successors but few months ago our brothers distributed the land among themselves without telling us and also have sold some portion of land without our consent .So what
steps we two sisters can take against our brothers

court fees would depend upon market value of property .

Depends upon the pending cases at local court. may take 3-4 years. If any appeal time extends.

we are 5 brothers and two sisters all the brothers have shared the property among them selvs without telling us.Also three of them have sold nearly 30% of the property 8 months ago secretly.When they were selling our concent was required as u all have told but I dont know how they are able to sold.
We sisters want our share in sold as well as unsold property but they are not willing.
