Can i file a case of annulment of marriage ?

Hello
my name is Rajesh Vishwakarma and I am professionally Qualified Chartered Accountant.before my marriage girl parents told me that she is Graduate and completed CS and after the marriage, I came to know even she is not even graduate and doesn't know about basic Internet and how to operate a phone they told me false information.marriage date 30/11/2016.
I have valid proof of her qualification and we both are decided to not live together anymore.
But girl side forces me to live with her and threatened me they file false cases against me.what should I have to do?
Kindly help I am so depressed these days

Option 1: - Have a joint meeting with seniors from both families to resolve the issue amicably.
Option 2: - From your query, it seems only education is the problem, but if she is interested then provide her higher education with your guidance and support to overcome this issue. Many women in Indian continue or complete graduation after marriages also. ("I have valid proof of her qualification and we both are decided to not live together anymore.")
Option 3: - Consult counsellor first and afterwards a lawyer to take call to annualised marriage under sec. 13B of HMA.
Personally I am doubtful, that Court can grant divorces just because of false information about education.
What steps you have taken to understand her
educational maturity before marriage?

Why not. But how can you prove that girl parents told you that she was Graduate and completed CS? Proof of her qualification is not a valid proof about your background story of marriage.

Do not spoil your life. Try to adjust with your wife. If you fail she may initiate criminal cases against you and you have to face courts time and again for years.
Computer and mobile operating knowledge can be got in 1-2 months. Experience can be gained later.
Try to motivate her for further education, she would gain required education in same time which you want to spend in courts.
Even if you want to separate, try for mutual consent divorce.

Visit at your location a senior and very able counsel of unquestionable repute and integrity specializing in Family matters and show all docs on record (if any) and give your inputs in person for a considered opinion.
A counsel worth his/her salt won’t misguide you.

However still it is suggested that try to save the marriage.
If you are a person that is not easily satisfied, due to any reason or circumstances, a counsel worth his/her salt can guide you.
Spend quality time with your counsel.
